WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Manage cases from inception through resolution
Draft pleadings, motions, and concise legal briefs
Conduct discovery, depositions, mediations, and hearings
Develop litigation strategy and maintain direct client communication
Work closely with partners on complex legal issues
WHAT DEFINES YOU
- California Bar in good standing
Strong civil litigation foundation
Exceptional writing and analytical skills

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Entry Level (0–3 years post-bar): $85,000+ base salary
Mid to Senior Level (4+ years litigation experience): $150,000+ base salary
(dependent on experience, skillset, and litigation track record)- Annual performance-based raises and bonuses
401(k) with match after one year
Hybrid schedule available after training, subject to Partner approval
